Storytelling: Make them listen! is a 2-day event based on a microniche related to writing ebooks, children stories and novels. In this workshop, the instructor will give insights specifically on creating situations and making relevance to the reader. These insights include the modes of appeal, choice of words, building foundations, creating arguments and sequencing information. This workshop will combine the core concepts to understand the attraction of words and how you can use it to convey a set of ideas, events, or a rhetoric to a target audience.

Productive Negotiations: Payrates, Workloads and Deadlines is more than what the title serves. This workshop includes discussions about negotiating payrates, evaluating how much to ask for, whether or not to take the project, answering yourself if the project is worth the money etc. In second phase of the workshop, the instructor will talk about managing workloads – how to manage more work than you can do, how to ask for extensions and how to work on your time management skills. In the workload phase, the instructor will also touch a bit on outsourcing incase the workload is beyond your capabilities. This will not only help in your freelance career, but also if you are stuck in situations where you have to negotiate a salary.
